With an important emphasis on sports, UNC contributes to numerous sporting events.

The New Caledonian University Games (JUC)

The New Caledonian University Games (JUC) bring together all tertiary students from all over the country and through various sports (beach soccer, futsal, volleyball, badminton, SUP, beach volleyball, va’a (outrigger canoe), climbing, basketball, etc.). The Games take place in the form of sports days held throughout the year on the university campus.

UNC Beach Festival

On each Festival Day, beach tennis, beach soccer and volleyball tournaments are available at the end of the academic year on the Beach facilities at the UNC campus.

Climbing Trip

An outing is organised at the end of the year in a natural setting on the cliffs of Koumac.
