How to you apply to study an exchange semester at the UNC?
International students wishing to carry out a mobility experience can study at the University of New Caledonia (UNC) and thus benefit from a multidisciplinary academic programme of European quality standards. The procedure for applying depends on the student/non-student status as well as the university of origin (UNC partner/non-partner).
I can select courses from UNC's programme that is agreed to by my home university and the UNC.
I will get a degree from my home university upon validation by my home university of my semester results.
I don't pay any additional tuition fees (I paid my tuition fees at my home university).

I apply to my home university for pre-selection.
Once I have obtained the approval of my home university, I must complete an application and submit it to the UNC, which decides on my admission.
I finalise my application before:
- March 1 for the semester that begins in June,
- November 1 for the semester that begins in February.
I can select courses from UNC's academic programme in agreement with my home university and the UNC.
I will get a degree from my home university.
I pay a registration fee to the UNC.
I cannot claim a UNC financial aid scheme. I need to enquire with my home university.
I apply independently to the UNC and they are responsible for the selection process.
I download and check the application procedure.
I finalise my application before:
- March 1 for the semester that begins in June,
- November 1 for the semester that begins in February.
I select courses from UNC's training offer.
I will get a diploma from UNC.
I pay a registration fee to UNC.
I cannot claim a UNC financial aid scheme. I ask the agencies in my country to find out what aid might be available.
I am an independent candidate at the UNC, and they are responsible for the selection process. I check with Campus France for the steps to take.

I finalise my application before:
- March 1 for the semester that begins in June,
- November 1 for the semester that begins in February.
