The holder of this diploma is trained to take responsibility of an operational unit or a functional department in any type of business. The course provides the elements required for mastering the concepts and techniques necessary in the various areas of management: budgets, production costs, team management, quality control procedures, work organisation, market research, project management, forecast management of jobs and skills. The course is organised as follows:

• the first year takes place in its entirety at the UNC (lectures and a professional internship of M1 – minimum 16 weeks)
• the second year is intended to be offered alternating work and study.
