Capacity in Law

Capacity in Law Department of Continued Education (Lifelong Learning)

Capacity in Law is a short course, preparing non-graduates or graduates for legal and administrative professions.
It is a French national diploma, Level IV (Baccalauréat/secondary school graduation level), issued only by universities that evaluate the first- and second-year exams.
This course provides the basic legal concepts for professional advancement, access to a job as a collaborator in a legal profession (clerk, bailiff, etc.) or further studies.
Lessons are mainly delivered remotely, in the form of online courses (PDF documents, videos, exercises and self-assessment quiz) via a dedicated Moodle platform from the University of New Caledonia that provides access to tools created by UNC and the French-language Digital Legal University (UNJF).
