L’atelier réunira des étudiantes et étudiants du Pacifique pour travailler sur le thème suivant : comment la région doit-elle répondre à la prochaine pandémie mondiale ? Les étudiantes et étudiants articuleront leurs réponses à cette question à partir de leurs différentes perspectives disciplinaires, mais aussi de points de vue profondément personnels. Ce forum régional fournira une plate-forme aux voix émergentes du Pacifique Sud-Ouest pour s’attaquer aux concepts liés à la gestion de la santé publique, aux profondes perturbations économiques, aux profonds changements sociaux et aux transformations géopolitiques.

Pacific Futures programme

The workshop will bring together students from the Pacific to work on the following theme: how should the region respond to the next global pandemic? They will articulate their responses to this question from their various disciplinary perspectives, but also deeply personal standpoints. This  regional forum will provide a platform for emerging voices from the Southwest Pacific to grapple with concepts related to public health management, profound economic disruptions, deep social change, and geopolitical transformations.
