Department Courses
The Arts, Languages and Humanities Department offers five classes of degree which can lead to the careers in education, books, journalism, culture and communication, heritage, planning and development or allow the graduate to work in international exchange programmes.
Obtaining one of these degrees opens the possibility to further study in two master’s programmes. The Master of Planning and Development of the Pacific Territories is aimed primarily at geography students who wish to work in all sectors that use geographical information for operational purposes. The Master of Oceania and Pacific Studies trains future New Caledonian managers and is the only course available for students to work on the social issues of the Oceania/Pacific area.
