Recycling

UNC has implemented selective sorting and recycling on campus (residences, agora, relaxation areas, restaurant and cafeteria, gymnasium, ESPE, IUT). The SIC, as manager for the large residence, also invites its residents to contribute to selective sorting and recycling.

• Recycling bins are available to all for paper, newspapers, cardboard, plastic bottles and aluminium cans.
• Used batteries, laptop or cell phone batteries can be placed in bins located at various points on campus.

Waste Recovery

UNC recycles all its electrical equipment, including its electronic equipment. Students who wish to dispose of their phones can drop them off at the Communications Department.
