The DUT Business and Administration Management (GEA) trains versatile managers capable of adaptation, initiative and autonomy. This two-year course provides the necessary skills for management roles in companies and organisations while developing a general and economic culture (law, social psychology, economics, living languages, communication). The holder of the DUT Business and Administrative Management is responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of a company or administration at the legal, commercial and human resources levels. They are particularly effective in management, finance and accounting. The graduate is responsible for setting up information systems and repairing any malfunctions in the organisation. Their evolutionary abilities are facilitated by training in analytical and synthesis methods and understanding the professional environment.

The DUT GEA is a training course that takes place in 2 years or 4 semesters of teaching. The DUT GEA offers a fundamental teaching in management during the first two semesters, then a choice of options for semesters 3 and 4 to specialise. 20% of the training is adapted to the economic, legal and fiscal specificities of New Caledonia.
